Liipa Talu is a spacious, private retreat in the heart of the countryside, where a historic farm setting meets modern comfort.
The venue includes the Main House for seminars and parties, the cosy Barn House for smaller gatherings, the historic Sauna House with its hot tub and pond, camping cabins, the Grill House, and Valeri’s Pavilion and a large party tent for outdoor events.
On the grounds you’ll find a private pond for swimming, a disc golf course, a volleyball court, a camping area, outdoor games and plenty of pleasant spots to sit, whether you’re after an active break or a quiet one.

Seminars, parties and banquets
Main House
The Main House has a large function hall that suits parties, seminars and banquet-style dinners alike. On the other side of the house is a lounge you can use for dining, meetings, dancing or simply relaxing. The ground floor also has a billiards room, and upstairs there are bedrooms for 2–4 people.
The main hall has a screen with HDMI, a whiteboard, wifi and a sound system. For a seminar or a bigger party we set up party speakers with a microphone and LED lighting.

Smaller events
Barn House
The Barn House hall seats 10–12 people and suits smaller training days, seminars, birthdays and Christmas parties. It has a spacious terrace with seating and its own small electric sauna.
The Barn House was renovated in 2017, the first building the new owner restored. The result is a cosy, airy space where old and new sit beautifully together.

Sauna, hot tub and ice tub
Sauna House
The Liipa farm sauna dates from 1901 and was renovated in 2017. This single-storey, wood-fired sauna with its lovely steam room is a wonderful place to unwind. Besides the steam room there is a washroom, a changing room, a fridge for drinks, and benches and a table.
On the terrace you’ll find a hot tub with LED lighting and massage jets, and an ice tub with a big bag of ice that can be used all year round. From the hot sauna you can run straight into the pond, even in winter.
Please note: no birch whisks, scents or body products may be used in the sauna.
Accommodation from spring to autumn
Camping cabins
There are 10 camping cabins on the grounds. Each has four bunk beds, sleeping eight in all. The cabins are heated and can be used from spring to autumn.
Toilets and washrooms are close by in the Main House.

Around a real fire
Grill House
A broken-down barn once stood where the Grill House is now. The farm’s former owner built a sturdy grill house there so the family could spend time together, and with a couple of helpers he laid the rest of the barn’s stones into a stone wall around the farm.
Today the Grill House is one of the farm’s favourite gathering places: a large, open shelter where you can grill in any weather and sit by a warming fire on cool summer evenings.
The Grill House has all the grilling tools you need.
Over 150 guests
Valeri’s Pavilion
The pavilion is named after Valeri, the farm’s former owner. He was a man of vision who used to talk about bringing the whole village together for good times.
The pavilion is for anyone who wants a summer event in the fresh air, whatever the weather does. It holds over 150 people, and tables and benches can be hired on request. At larger events it works well for serving food, registration or as a lounge area.
Outdoor events, rain or shine
Large 300 m² party tent
In 2017 a large tiled dance floor (20 × 21 m) was built behind the Main House. Today it is covered by a 300 m² tent with a 6 × 3 metre stage.
The perfect place for weddings, camps, training sessions and other open-air events.
Beach area
Pond and beach house
The Liipa beach area has a large pond almost 8 metres deep. It drops off steeply by the diving platform and slopes gently from the beach, so everyone can swim.
For lazy summer days there is a private sandy beach, and the beach house next to it can serve as a DJ booth, a bar or just a place to sit. Please read the pond rules posted on the beach house before swimming.
A little paradise
Farmyard
The Liipa Talu farmyard is a little paradise of its own. Stroll among the apple trees, soak up the sun on the terrace, laze in a hammock or find a comfy spot to sit and chat with friends.
In summer the yard has a trampoline and lots of outdoor games: cornhole, pétanque and badminton. Beyond the yard you’ll find the disc golf course, the pond, a volleyball court, a well-kept camping area and an outdoor gym.
