Booking terms

  • The booking fee is 50% of the total and must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the stay.
  • If the event is cancelled, the booking fee is non-refundable.
  • By paying the booking fee, the payer agrees to the Liipa Talu house rules.
  • A contract is signed before the event for renting the venue. The contact person named in the contract is responsible for all guests and for compliance with the house rules.
  • Guests under 18 may use the venue only when accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Unless agreed otherwise, please vacate the accommodation by the agreed time. Late check-out may incur an additional accommodation charge.

Careful use and cleaning

  • The accommodation must be left in good order. The price includes a standard final clean; if there is heavy soiling, a large amount of rubbish or a need for significantly more cleaning than usual, an additional cleaning fee of up to €100 applies.
  • The rooms and grounds must be handed back in the same condition as at check-in. Used dishes must be washed and put back in their place, and any furniture moved must be returned to its original position.
  • Please sort your rubbish and put it in the bins provided.
  • When leaving, please switch off the lights, turn off the taps and switch off any electrical appliances not in use.
  • Foil or plastic confetti and glitter are not allowed. Please do not wear polished shoes that mark the floor.
  • Food and drink are not allowed in the hot tub. Changing and heating the water takes up to 12 hours, and if the water is spoiled, the next guests are left without a clean hot tub. If the water is spoiled or needs extra cleaning, a fee is charged according to the maintenance and water-change costs.
  • Guests are responsible for Liipa Talu’s property and equipment. Damaged or destroyed items, and stains that need special cleaning (e.g. red wine, nail varnish, shoe polish), are charged according to the damage or cleaning cost.
  • Fireworks may be used only by prior agreement; where necessary we coordinate with the parish (flight zone).
  • The entire grounds are under video surveillance.
