Liipa Talu Resort (Liipa Talu) processes the personal data you send us through the enquiry form, by email or by phone.
What data we collect
Your name or company, email address, phone number and the details of your event (date, number of guests, wishes). We do not store the sender’s IP address.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange your booking. If you ask for catering, we may pass your enquiry on to Rehe Catering.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, and booking and billing data for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to see how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It only runs and sets analytics cookies (_ga) if you click “Accept” in the bar at the bottom of the page. We do not use advertising cookies.
The data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses; Google may also process data outside the European Union under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookies” link in the footer or here.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to info@liipatalu.ee.
