Persons under the age of 18 can book and use the Liipa Farm complex only with a responsible adult.
After the booking has been made, Liipa Talu will send an invoice to the person making the booking, stating the booked services and time. The booking fee is 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to confirm the booking, and the other 50%, which must be paid 10 days before the start date of the accommodation. Booked events are guaranteed to take place once the booking fee is received, therefore 100% of the booking fee for each event must be paid before the event starts.
The reservation will be valid after the advance payment has been received.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Check-in always starts at 15:00 and lasts until 11:00 the following day.
Check-in is also from 15:00 and check-out is no later than 11:00.
Music of your choice, bands or fireworks can only be played on the outdoor area of Liipa Farm with a public event permit. Otherwise, music can only be played loudly indoors with closed doors and windows.
The rental of the holiday home is based on a contract, which is formulated before the event.
A deposit of €400 is payable on arrival, which will be refunded at the end of the event if no property damage has been caused.
